1. In understanding a culture, one needs to understand the culture properly to avoid cultural conflicts. However, many people fail to understand the values ​​and customs of foreign cultures. According to your own ideas, please explain what you need to understand culture to avoid cultural conflicts.

Every culture has cultural diversity, therefore before entering into that culture, we must first find out about the culture you want to visit. If culture is different from ours, then we must be wise like taking solutions to tolerate each other with these differences, such as from the way of eating, clothing. But we must still follow the positive things from the existing culture.

2. How do you define your local culture as different from foreign cultures? Do youth perceive local culture and something that needs to be integrated? Please provide your reasons.

Local culture is a culture that has been carried since ancient times (ancestors) which is a good cultural heritage itself such as regional dances and typical food for each region such as plate dance and its special food is rendang, while foreign culture is a new culture that is brought along like western culture ( westernization, for example, is hair dye / color.

I don't think so, because local and foreign cultures are far different and have different characteristics. Bringing together existing differences that cannot be called tolerance. Due to differences we can have the nature of tolerance.

3. What are stereotypes and prejudices? Is it in your local culture? Give an example?

Stereotypes are like delusions from a person's perspective and point of view. For example: Chinese people are stingy, even though not all Chinese people are stingy

Prejudice is like a presumption that is not necessarily true and not necessarily wrong and cannot be called a fact.

For example: How to dress very well, because he's a rich kid ... that's how he eats. Even though it is not necessarily the caca of a rich man's child, he could have worked to get his clothes.
